Early Season Deer Prep in Ohio – What’s Everyone Doing?

Hey folks,

With hunting season creeping up, I’ve been spending more evenings scouting spots and checking trail cams. The deer movement looks a little different this year in my area—probably thanks to changing crop rotations nearby.

I’m curious, how are you all preparing for the season? Are you:

• Hanging new stands or blinds?
• Fine-tuning your bow/rifle at the range?
• Running cameras or just going old-school with scouting?

I’d also love to hear if anyone’s noticed unusual deer patterns this summer. Always interesting how one county can differ so much from the next.
