We walked our creek a long ways and luckily didn't find anything. The water was moving real well though, no stagnant ponds anywhere there. This week may be a different story with lack of rain.
No was off their FB page the other day. That was the link in it, didn’t see a date anywhere. That link is from 2020, is that screenshot old too?
With the lack of how they track it, I'd say there is no incentive for them. Otherwise we would have an active map showing specific areas with updated information. But we get hardly anything because they still want people hunting the shit out of the herd.I bet old Tonkavich and friends are salivating inside. Wonder if they still can collect bonuses if the kill comes from EHD ?
Well Athens County is one of the counties with documented EHD this year. Id rather the dam thing not be anywhere but since it already is.... here's to hoping it's isolated right around the Scatter Ridge Rd area. With the lack of how they track it, I'd say there is no incentive for them. You'd think one of those board members would be here gathering information of what hunters are saying. It would be crazy to listen to the most active forum in Ohio for hunting. But I guess they don't like their post getting reviewed before posting. Nothing says "you don't matter" more than not listening...Well Athens County is one of the counties with documented EHD this year. What area?Sickening. Townzen told me yesterday about a local boy finding nine bucks. One of them was his target, a 200”+. Sad.
You’ll need to check with Townzen on that. I think he said it was off of 50. You may know the man that found them too. I guess he found five and his neighbor found four. What area?
ODNR now saying 13 counties with EHD.
