Highlight the www youtube address, right click and hit copy.
Now go to TOO, Start out like you are going to start or add a thread, then look at the bar across where you would type.
3ed from the right is a little "strip of movie film" icon. (it will say "insert video" ) click on that.
"click" on that and paste the address.
