ESPN reports Urban Meyer on paid administrative leave

I'm tagging out. I like Redhunter. If I keep reading his shit I'm going to assume he is "one of those" kind of Mich fans. I don't want to feel that way about him. lol

Joe? He won't lose an argument. Even when he isn't right. He won't lose. lol

Nobody loses a debate. You must simply prove your case adequately with facts to reverse ones opinion. So far where I stand the finding of the comittie validated the complaint. 1. He knew. 2. He failed to act appropriately by not firing the coach. Just because urban wasn't fired doeesnt mean the complaint was bogus, It just means they wanted to keep their coach.

Then I will say you are losing this debate. Why? Because minds are not being changed. 😂😂😂

You can never change the mind of those who despite blatant findings against their views allow emotional fandom to blind their judgement. The body of evidence speaks for itself.

Did you just call 90% of your users idiots? Because that’s how I took that...

Not in the slightest. Being a denialist does not make one an idiot. It simply means that you cannot change their mind due to their refusal to look at the facts objectively and remove personal feelings or opinion.

Incompetent then...I see, I’m not capable of seeing what really happened here in this case and neither are the professionals involved because of our passion for OSU football.

Ha Ha Ha that's some funny shit! Joe just gives you the Liberal View (political side of the argument),
Carry on. I love this thread.

You would think people would recognize this by now after all these years of me debating with them. I even hinted to it with my response regarding ESPN earlier today and nobody caught on. If we all agreed this thread would have been dead 7 pages ago. Yet here we are. 😉

I didn't say incompetent. "not having or showing the necessary skills to do something successfully."

I said denialist. "a person who does not acknowledge the truth of a concept or proposition that is supported by the majority of scientific or historical evidence"

As I said, the entire accusation against him was as follows 1. He knew. 2. He failed to act appropriately. The professionals you speak of found both of those to be fact. Hence the suspension. Just because he wasn't fired doesn't mean he was absolved. They found he acted inappropriately and levied a punishment less severe than firing.

I know what words you used, I’m saying the same thing using a different word. Can’t you see that? Could probably use any of the words either of us used to assign a name to it.

I'm not in denial. I'm growing a mullet, asking out my cousins, and cheering for Bama this year! (Since we are having fun with this.) 😁

Not the same thing bud. I choose my words quite carefully to avoid such accusations. A difference of opinion does not make one ignorant or incompetent. The words ignorant and incompetent are not synonyms for denialist. Those words imply someone is mentally defective and incapable. The same for imbecil. A denialist is completely capable and mentally sound but for whatever reason or agenda they have makes a conscious decision not to accept facts.

Sounds the same to me.

Often when you say to much, it gets taken the wrong way.
