No I haven't. It they aren't super bad/crusted rusted, just dip them in log wood dye or some other trap protector. The rust allows the trap to take the dye better.
Evapo rust may remove the rust, but won't provide protection like a dye/dip does.
If rusted really bad, I soak mine in a vinegar water solution for a day or so, then hit them with a hose or power washer. Rust comes right off, wait a day so they rust up again, then dip.
