Scioto Land Company is cutting all the timber to make land payments, Once the timber is gone, the land will be up for sale. Already seen a couple tracts in my county sell to local buyers.

They let their agreement with the ODNR expire a year or two ago as well. There is some Scioto land near me that I would like to hunt and may yet...

I picked up one of those former ODNR tracts this year...wish me luck with the trespassers....
