F&S Whitetail Heat Map

Have any of you guys checked out the Field and Stream whitetail heat map today and if so, how much do you trust it? Also, are you guys seeing rutting activity like this is saying is out there. If so, i think we all need to be in the woods this evening

I don't put much faith in stuff like that. You see it every fall on the forums. One guy sees a 2.5 year old pushing a doe and the rut is in full swing, despite it being 2-3 weeks before normal peak rut dates. The rut is kicking off, but it is a several week process and if you miss tonight, you won't miss the whole thing.

There's also an app for the field and stream map. I don't trust it completely but it's fun to look at.

Also I checked it on Sunday and Ohio was green and now it's all the sudden saying it's red and prime rut. I think that's just because it's a cool day and makes bucks get a little feisty.
