We hit Mackinaw Island today. Didn't take the good camera because I didn't wanna lug it around. If you've been to Put In Bay, it's very similar. However, no cars or any other motorized vehicles anywhere on the island. Everyone gets around on bikes or horse drawn carriages. Really cool place. I could see an adult getaway happening there with tons of pubs and wine places.
We rented bikes and did the 8 mile circle of the island. Easy ride and very scenic with Huron in view all the way around.
