Ok guys let me throw this out there first. This image
at the top of the page isn't supposed to do anything when you click it. We'll it is but we have that disabled. It allows anyone from FB to post on TOO.. Not what we want. Eventually what it will do is allow them to register by populating their facebook info into the registration form here.... Just a quicker way for people to register if they follow a link to TOO from FB...

The part I need help with is the following. You will notice in threads there is a "Like Button".... Please "Like" a thread and then tell me if it shows up on your wall. (or wherever it is supposed to show up.)

Thanks.

I tried liking this thread. It shows up in my profile, but I bet it shows up randomly on my friends wall when they see that I had some new thing I did... It probably won't show up on my own wall, but it might show up on yours if we were facebook friends. (which we should be)...make sense?

Ok thanks for the explanation. Can anyone verify this that might be friends?

Also, when it says "Josh likes FB integration testing" on my page, it let's me click that link and brings me straight here. You may already know all this, but thought I'd let you know how the internet works down here in Florida.:smiley_crocodile:
Yeah. I figured when the link was posted it would take them to the correct target.. Just trying to get it right.. If it doesn't post where people want it, they'll never use it. :)

I know what JJ is saying though. I need to figure out if it will broadcast out to my friends as " Top News " or " Most Recent " and show up to them when they first log on without them having to visit my page. Not sure if it is random or if there is a way to make it show up.

Please do. That would be cool if it did.

Joe it is not going to show up on others walls that I "like" anything on here. It does show up on my wall as I "like" this and others can find it that way. It does put on there that "hey charles likes this maybe you will TOO." sort of thing. That may get us more "users".

The only way to get all my friends to see something from TOO is if I link it when I post something on my wall. If you had an account I would show you ;)

Hey Been. In the Vbulletin add on it is asking me for a "Facebook Application ID" and a "Facebook Application Secret" It refers me to the FB Developers page located here. http://www.facebook.com/developers/

When I try to go there it tells me i need a "personal" account. I guess TOO's Webpage account isn't capable.

So... If you don't mind. And since you have Admin rights to TOOs FB page. Look over that link and let me know what the fugg "application" it is talking about.

I think.. I Think. A custom application can be made there to allow the things we're looking for. However i don't have the time or access to FB right now to create one. Thanks. Just see if you can make sense of it.
