Fibroma deer

I had a doe that was worse than that one fall. She had 2 button bucks. All 3 of them were healthy and she seemed to be a great mother but she disappeared in mid-November. The neighbor wounded a doe around then. From what I have read Chad is right. It will only hurt them if they can't eat or see. It's not supposed to affect the venison but I'm not sure I could get past that.
