Sorry to burst your bubble but the picture has been out for a while. If you look closely the safety isn't engaged nor is the hammer back so I'm guessing its a posed photo. Secondly, those aren't walmart type price tags. I'm also thinking that the belt is a bit thin to hold that much weight comfortably all day long.

I never open carry, but I have seen guys in TSC open carry before. I think its pretty sweet that it is legal, and some stores dont care about it.
