First trip of the year

Took a buddies boat out for a spin around the lake to wring it out after sitting all winter, ran fine, had a water leak at the water pressure gauge on the console... Then the trolling motor switch stuck too the on position lol.... A little tug on the switch cover freed it up and is working fine now, the water gauge leaking is probably the connection at the back of the gauge....

Stopped at a couple likely spots too see if any bass were hungry but alas they had lock jaw this evening lol Water temps were low 40's so it's understandable... Should be warming up pretty good this and next week....

Must of been a good day for it. My brother sent me this pic earlier today.

When I talked to him Sunday it was still in storage, I guess that's over now...lol

The warm temps has everyone getting the bug to get them out of storage.... I'll probably have mine out here shortly and water worthy.....
I usually start it up and run it in the driveway for about 5 minutes in the driveway just too burn off the pickling from the fall.... Smokes like a freight train for a few minutes and the neighbors always look at me like I'm nuts lol....
