FLORIDA HOG HUNT 2024-2025

Evening all! Some big changes to the Florida hog hunt this year on our wma. It has gone to a quota system to help regulate the amount of hunters. Definitely going to help with that as they’re only giving out 200 permits. I will link the wma brochure down below. The hog hunt will be from January 25th- February 9th. Any questions on camping or hunting that aren’t covered here just ask!!!

That is correct! For some reason they’re splitting up each individual “season” into different allocations of quota.

I'm planning on coming down to play this stupit game, with a guy from work most likely. As long as we get permits.

We will be adding a couple days before the hunt kicks off to a duck hunt for whoever wants to partake in the fun this year. A lot of buffleheads, bluebills, ringnecks, mottles, teal, merganser, black bellies and folvous being shot so far this year up there. @triple_duece we would love to see you and the boys come down!
