A normal football Friday night would call for pizza. Still a little carb heavy, but after 3 days of 100% carnivore and 3 straight 20+ hour fast, I was hungry! Air fried chicken with rice and sweet taters finished with hot honey. Very satisfying and satiating meal.

Chicken cordon bleu

Chicken breast (pounded to 1/2 in thickness)
Pork rind panko (porq brand)
Flour
Eggs
Black Forest ham
Smoked Gouda cheese
Beef tallow and butter for frying

Pound out chicken breasts to half inch between wax paper or Saran Wrap

Lay out chicken and fill with sliced ham and cheese, roll tightly, pin with tooth picks.

Fill three containers for breading, season up the flour and bread crumbs however you like (Garlic powder, salt and pepper, paprika etc) and do the same with your panko. Mix up your eggs as usual.

Take rolled up chicken and coat in flour, eggs and panko.

Once all of your chicken rolls are done being breaded heat up a mixture of tallow and butter in a heavy pan (cast iron works great)
Brown all sides of your chicken. You can either use the cast iron pan or transfer it to a baking dish. Bake at 375 until it reaches the appropriate temp.

Sauce:

Heavy cream
Chicken broth
Garlic
Butter
Cornstarch

Melt 2tbsp butter in pan, add 1 tbsp garlic. Gently cook your garlic till fragrant. Add 1/2 cup heavy cream and 1/2 cup broth. Cook for 5-10 min. I added a small amount of cornstarch to thicken before serving. Use whatever thickener you like.

Im sure you can tell, i had christine type that out🤣. I knew @Hedgelj would ask for it.

I start with 26 ounces when I get uo to piss at 0300-0400 every morning. Drink 24-48 ounces of coffee and then drink 12-15, 16 ounces bottles of water with a pinch of Celtics salt in about half of them. Then at least 2 more 26 ounce cups when I get home. @Mike how about you?
I just did the math on all this and I'm pushing close to 3 gallons a day. Me thinks I need to chill out a bit on that. When I started this I picked 12-15 as a goal because I could drink 12-15 beers on any given evening and go to work in the morning. Figured if I could do that, I could do that with water. I'm always thirsty and always have been. So drinking comes easy to me. Or....I just got in my own head and need to just keep on keeping on. Searching this kind of water consumption is concerning. But searching the way I eat is concerning online too. I'll shut up now because I'll keep talking in circles like I have been for a month now in my own head.

Life is all about balance. We need water, but you can die from drinking too much. I don't think you're anywhere near that, but you may be in danger of flushing a lot of vital nutrients out of your system before they can be absorbed with that kind of volume. I'd be interested in seeing the science on it, but too much water is better than too little IMO.
