How bout a little motivation for all you post-Strouds fatasses. lol.

Couple of weeks ago I notice I was in a really bad eating routine… Feeling like total crap… aches, pains, bloating, poor sleep, etc. It has been a while since my last one, so I started in on a fast to hit that reset button. It was difficult but I went 75 hours. I’m telling you, the struggle was worth it! Felt like a new man afterwards. Dropped 7 pounds and I’ve been back on the keto train since. Hit your reset button!
