Food, what are you eating?

In my mind that single platform decided the outcome of this election cycle.

X grew faster than any and IMO became the game changer because they refused to censor.

I don’t have any social media, I can watch shared TikTok on my iPad but not my phone.
For some reason, a lot of my friends are on it. 🙄

Twice last week i had people ask me if I've even eaten turkey eggs. I had not, but I just did. Honestly tasted kinda bland. Like a store bought egg. Fluffy and I don't think a person that doesn't eat eggs every day would really notice a difference. Grass fed butter, garlic powder and some slap ya moma.

Yesterday I fasted most of the day. Broke my fast around 6 PM (24 hrs) with 14 shrimp cocktail. Not sure what all I'll eat today. 4 eggs was the start and might be all I eat. I know the family is having lasagna.

Fugged up and had lasagna last night. Our friends had us over for supper. I thought, “I’ll just scoop up less of the noodles and more of the meat/cheese onto my plate.” Despite my efforts I noticed abdominal bloating like I haven’t seen in weeks, within just a couple of hours of eating. Either processed grains really are that bad for us, or I’m ultra sensitive to them, or both. I was looking forward to ridding that mess from my system today…

It’s just that bad for you once you switch over to protein fueled vs carb fueled…. I had sloppy joes minus the bread yesterday. No ill effects…. Buddy made it, we were at his place knocking out a project.

Have you tried duck eggs?
