Free June 15th?

Cleveland is having a "buyback" on the 15th of June. They are paying $100 for handguns and $200 for "assault" rifles. Regular shotguns and rifles go in for a drawing and no upfront money given.

I would go and have my "Cash for Guns" sign but I already have plans. Picked up a Colt this way once.

I've heard some communities are saying you need a vendors license if you have a sign. Not sure about a shirt or hat.

Wasn't an issue last year. They took signs and a copy of the appropriate ORC printouts showing it being legal.

It just something I've heard some communities are doing to harass those trying to buy the guns before they get to the buy back.
