Gallia County Sheriff receives anonymous letter admitting to deer hunter shooting

I wonder if the shooter knew what happened when he shot, or figured it out later? I'd like to think if I found myself in a similar situation I'd do the right thing.

I did a google search and was reading another report. I'm here to tell you there are some truly sick worthless people breathing our good air.
There was a comment post saying good the guy was dead because he was a hunter and that's how a poor animal feels when shot. Just sick.
Another wondering what he was doing 18 ft. in the tree hunting bear.
Another post saying what do you expect when you wear camo and blend in.

They are just wasting our good air.

From the letter I bet it was someone younger due to the "texting like" spelling and the handwriting.

I was thinking the same thing. The handwriting looks a little female-ish. Must have been a young hunter.
