I would absolutely do this....and yea, I know sugar wouldn't do much other than clog the filter and water wouldn't do much except make the car run rough and stall.

Im not concerned about the feelings of a thief. Certainly not enough to live in fear of them. Porch pirates are cowards and they deserve what they get.
I would think the payback would be the theif getting to buy filters..
Drove the ballfield tractor with diesel can in the bucket to the local fill up today, nothing poppin.
