Depends on how the day is going...sometimes you just feel down. The closer opening day gets, the more excited you’ll be no matter what kind of day you’re having. The night before the opener, you’ll probably be wide awake, not able to fall asleep.

I'm in the car behind you on that roller coaster. If I catch an evening to glass fields I get excited. Then a week goes by without being able to do anything but work and run kids. Pfffft. . .all the momentum is deflated.

Opening day never moved me... Once the first frost hits and mornings start getting cold, then the urge strikes...
