Hope it's legit for the hunter, as I hate when people are doubting a huge deer that is fair chase and legal as mostly it comes down to jealousy..... but I did see this on Facebook and it has me wondering...

After studying the photos a little closer, I think without a doubt that it is the same buck. Either that or it is a heck of a coincidence how similar they look.

I don't know why people do it. In this day and age there is no way you are going to get away with it. I hate it because I pretty much doubt every big buck picture that I see as it is either high fence or photoshopped.

Personally I spend many hours on my land and land that I farm hunting, I enjoy it and I’m challenged by it.
Many men share the same pinnacle, the path differs dramatically.

Even though I wouldn't do it, I don't have an issue if someone wants to hunt high fence. When you try to pass it off as a free range kill then that makes you an a-hole.

Unreal. My friend was told by the guys in the group that leases the farm behind him that it was killed right on the property line. The pic where the buck is laying looks exactly like the area behind his lake. He was even fooled by the pic. The butcher even called my buddy to ask if he knew about it and he called one of the guys leasing the property to check and was told that it was legit. A-holes is putting it mild.
