I told my boss to put me on call all week. Wife isn't pleased but she never is.

Haven't hunted all year but took 4 days off this week and I've been asked 3 times today exactly which days I'm hunting... my answer was the same each time. All of them , to include the days I'm working and the weekend

People suck 
I get it: Public land is for the general public. But when you put in the extra effort to leave the truck at 5:15 for an hour walk only to have 3 idiots stumblefuck their way in at the crack of daylight, I feel like I'm allowed to call them morons.
I walked past a giant ground blind setup in the wide open creek bottom and thought to myself "these guys" and chuckled at their half-assed preparation. Little did I know they'd sound like an army battalion marching through the woods at 6:45 on their way to the blind. I'm looking forward to walking by it at 9A when I get cold and need to stretch my legs
