We heard 6 different gobblers. Setup right on top of 2 and watched another strutter come down logging road. coyote came in and ran the strutter off and the two on the roost pitched away from us.
My brother is going to try with him tonight. Overall a pretty good morning with a very vocal birds.

Our luck wasn't as good. Didn't have any birds close to us on the roost this morning and once they came off they shut up. Heard 1 bird about 930 a few times. This afternoon we heard a couple of birds, but they just gobbled ever 20 minutes or so and never would answer the calls.

Got completley skunked tonight. So i broke down and just set up a blind across from the house.the spot i said i was saving for myself lol. Never set up a blind at 10 at night before but it should pay off and keep us dry.
