3rd time out was a charm. I called a group of 6 Jakes in yesterday and maybe this bird. He snuck in with the wet leaves and caught me moving my muzzle to him at 25yds. I couldn't get a shot off yesterday. I sat up shop close to where I thought they'd be this morning and sweet talked this one in but he hung up at 50. Had to reach out and smack him and he dropped like a rock. 10in beard 1in spurs.
