Nice gun J, The Sportsman 48 is the 3 shot version of the 11-48.It has a crimped mag tube that only holds 2 shells.Nice wood on that one.

Exactly, I’ve heard some folks actually ran a jag like item thru them to remove the crimp back in the day....

I had the rings set for heavy on my light twenty and it would still cycle light dove loads. Was one of those I wish I never sold guns.
