Grow em big new deer land management show

Interesting!! I can see it looking like a mess after its done. That's my only hang up to doing it. It will all depend on what's left once we get someone in there to cut a bunch of trees. My plan had been if it was still open that hinge cuts would be next. I guess I'll do more research on it too as I want to plan it out well before I start cutting.

I've been very disappointed in the quality of the shows so far. Mostly a waste of time.
But this week show on mock scrapes was interesting. The mock scrapes followed the same idea written up in Hunting Mature Deer by Lee and Tiffany. I'm going to put a mock scrape trees limb in my food plot where the main trail comes out of the neighbors brush.http://www.deeranddeerhunting.com/a...l-use-summer-fall?et_mid=748540&rid=238402390

That was pretty good and is something I had been thinking about since my last trip down looking at my one stand location. Any scrapes that appear are along the tree line and I am set back 10-15 yards and it's too thick where they show up for me to ever get a shot. Never had a giant in the scrapes yet while I was hunting but if it were to happen I'd be like I am now thinking I should have done something different to perhaps get them to stroll out in the open more LOL.
