Good tradition to start, it sounds a bit heavy on the cheese. We all go around the table and say one thing where thankful for. Usually alwYs gets emotional at some point, but is nice

We just did that Gordo. Just Erin, the kids, and myself. She made a Thanksgiving brunch while the boys and I worked on firewood. Time to rest, relax, and head to sister in law for big dinner. I might squirrel hunt while the kids veg out.

Smoked turkey is the only way to go. Fried too greasy but lots of flavor, roasted moist but not flavorful. If you smoke the bird you get it all.
