I am originally from Youngstown Ohio, took my hunters education course there and started hunting there, now after a lot of life I live in Texas but still have family in Ohio. Joined to follow whats going on in Ohio in regards to hunting.

Just a little north of Dallas, hunt up along the red river on the Texas side.

thank you all for the warm welcome, the first thing I learned that really surprised me is that Ohio now allows some cartridges for hunting deer with instead of just shotguns and muzzle loaders. I started shooting muzzle loaders to hunt in ohio when I was a kid.
