I haven't done anything yet. I've been referred to an Ortho for my knee. I have a slight tear in my meniscus, so I dunno what all that will mean.

A mid size wouldn't take up that much more space than a utility quad.

I'm guessing it means 3 holes, snip snip, stitch, and here you are walking out of the hospital. That is how my meniscus tears were. Be thankful it wasn't an ACL or PCL. It will slow you down for a week or two with meniscus. 20-25yrs later I am feeling the results of not much meniscus left in my right knee. Bone on bone will do that. Unless you were referring to "not sure what this meniscus tear means for our deductible/budget/personal finances". . . . At which point I do not have that answer. But I'm guessing you have a good idea. Lol

Thanks fuggars. What I'm not sure of is, ( some may be able to relate ), the doc says it's a poss tear. It's painful to constantly walk on at work, even feels like something wants to pop out at times, but when it's wrapped up, it feels great, even unwrapping after a day it feels great ... all day. So I'm just babying it, hoping things are ok later, without having to see the ortho which will probably be unavoidable at some time just the same.
