Well no not me, over several years of getting lumber from where my wife works, (awesome perk I get free lumber) the fenders have been beat up by forklifts. I got 5 loads yesterday, most of it I had to buy because they don’t sell pressure treated, but I still get it at wholesale, which is great.
Fantastic updates. Blessing to have your boys be part of it with you. Making some great memories I'm sure.

About 150 each, thank goodness I have strong sons.
Nice to see people working at our house, today the plumber and the hvac guys showed up. Got stuff sorted out and figured out where to run drains and vents, (which is difficult in a house with no void between the first and second floor.)

Glad your contractors are allowed to work through all of this. Michigan hasn't allowed it for about 2 weeks now, even if it's a 1 man crew.
When your friend whose company normally does hair commercial plumbing does your house, you get nice work done
You deserve a good drunk now and then dealing with all of this....
Using a manifold system, more line, but I really like that there only fittings at the manifold and in the wall right behind the fixtures. So no fittings in my basement ceiling, also I can cut off any one line hot or cold to any fixture
Another first, ordered concrete and poured footings for deck. I think my sons and their friends are ready to go back to school.
