Didn’t see him last night but saw almost all the of his summer buddies. It has a great hunt but he never came out. I have been all or nothing with him but almost changed my mind. Luckily the buck we call boxer didn’t come into range or he was going to get smashed

I'm with Xbowguy. No shame at all in Boxer. He is a dandy. But with Cloud it will be the highest high or disappointment. I commend you. Chasing one deer (especially of his caliber) is about the ultimate challenge.

Do you have alot of coyotes in the area?

If he laid down after only 100 yards that is obviously good news. How much longer after he laid down were you able to watch him?
