Good question Chuck. I'd say buy it now and hope you get grandfathered if they do raise the prices. Can't imagine they could collect the increase from you at a later date.

My birthday is in a few weeks, my wife buys my licenses as a present for me each year. That reminds me, I have to renew my drivers license this year as well.
