Remember that darned atv that had the “frozen” transmission? Got to work on it today finally now that school is out. Had plans to split the case to see what I could find but thought I’d check the belt first for the heck of it. Wouldn’t you know it the belt was bound up by a huge mouse nest. Those SOB’s build the nest in the darndest of places. Now I know why it felt like the transmission was bound up. Easy fix, thankfully despite my dumb engineering brain trying to make it a complicated one.
