Thanks guys, this deer was one of the first to show this year that I thought was a decent first buck. I had just received a message from my buddy shooting a doe a few hundred yards away and unclear whether he connected. He wanted to get out and search but it was only 830am so I asked him to hang tight until 930 (had to go to work), no sooner than I put my phone back in my pocket and out of the bedding/thicket area he came!
