I have a set. They sound pretty good. And they’re shape makes them fit tight to the outside of a pack which is nice.
In my experience, I’ve only ever rattled in deer while using real antlers. Never once with the fake ones. Maybe it’s just a coincidence, I don’t know. But I think part of the deal is, with real antlers, you need them to be relatively big and heavy to carry some sound. And not many guys wanna cut up a slammer set of antlers to use for rattling, which I totally understand.
