I've been down a long dark road for the last almost 2 years, I've had problems ever since I left the army but the last 2 years I've really went down hill. After the urging from my wife and kids I agreed that see a doctor about my problems, I've been diagnosed with severe depression and PTSD, now with counseling and medications I can see a light at the end of the tunnel. It has been a rough time but the hardest is admitting that you have a problem, after you accept that it can get better, I'm really looking forward to getting to know the new folks and catching up with the old ones, thanks everyone,
