Was born in Mobile but moved to MS at age 9. Grew up a little off 61s in a place called Yokena, about midway between Vicksburg and Port Gibson.

And even if youre 50 miles east of it you can get west of it by heading south.

Real close. Can probably hear the same tug going upriver. We used to put in at Letourno then head down river a bit to shoot around behind Davis to get in the swamps on the MS side. Biggest gator I've ever seen in my life was back in there.
