I had the same problem due to my diabetes. Wife went to a ski store and bought me a pair of battery operated insoles. They have temp settings on them that you can turn on and adjust. When my feet start to get chilly i just reach down and turn them on and adjust the temp as needed. Plus the are plug in rechargeable.
