My European-based employer is now giving workers 4 months off for paternity leave. This also includes adoptions. I was thinking a 17.5 year old to do yard work then kick them out at 18 so I can get my 4 months paid leave.

I have one of those that regularly test me. She's messy, zero motivation to keep a job, entitled to all kinds of perks and doesn't care to help the household in any way. Do we have a deal?

18 next month, but still has school to finish, so close enough
