Its been a long night

I have said this earlier but there is a lot to read through so I will write it again. The picture is deceiving it looks like the arrow is going behind the shoulder, the camera man is to my right and the nocturnal turned off when the broadhead hit the buck. I dont have a still from the video where you can see the arrow sticking out of the buck yet, the arrow went in the back of the ribs angleing towards the opposite leg.

I'm looking forward to the video. In your first post you mentioned you thought you were too far forward, from the pic I still believe that to be the case. The video shows that your arrow hit about the last rib and went into the opposite shoulder? If that's the case, that deer is immortal. What we think we see and what is reality is not always the case, especially in bow hunting... or online. Can't wait to see the vid!

It definetly did not go into the opposite shoulder. It went in the back of the ribs and only went in about 12". I wont have video for a while, my buddy filmed it for a regional show they do. I wont have it until they air that episode. I will try and get a still pic from him though.
