It should be set so you never get a refund. Why let the government use your money for free? It is also brainwashing people, when you say what did you pay in taxes, they reply, I didn't l, I got a refund. Hum you did pay taxes; in fact you paid too much. lol

20% equity you can get rid of all that, again escrow is just using your money

Understood on the reasons, I just never heard of it not being offered so you dont get hit with 7K in taxes plus insurance.

Not income tax but just received our property tax information. Entered the property into a woodland management program last year and the CAUV saved us 30% on our property tax.

As a result Adam….I’m maxing out my wife and I’s pre-tax retirement plans to reduce our taxable income. On paper we make less and are taxed accordingly.
