Jalapeño poppers

These things are awesome.

Cut up tenderloin in 1" squares, wrap in bacon with a slice of jalapeño (remove seeds for less spice) marinate in teriyaki. When done top with pepper jack cheese

Damn those look gooooood! I like the idea of marinating in teriyaki and adding the cheese after, definitely one to try. The poppers I've done I hollow out the jalapeno and stuff with cream cheese before wrapping with bacon.
