Some good bucks are showing up. With yours being the only standing corn, the draw should be tremendous. I'd be hunting near that corn.
You guys remember Daryl Dawkins?
I'm 90% certain this is him. This was taken at 2AM this morning...
I had two encounters with him last year and gained some valuable insight from both encounters. He made a similar jump in size that Deuce made from '07-'08 when he jumped from 145 to 180+. I've been waiting for 7 years to hunt another deer of this caliber. Not that he's 180 or even close, but he's what I consider "killable anywhere" big and that's what I've been waiting for. Now we all now my track record, so I'll never kill this deer, but I'll get some more pics of him. I'm managing 130 acres right now that has 4 acres of standing corn (only corn around) 1 acre of lush green food plots, a massive bait site of ear corn, and we have somewhere north of 11 does running around. It should be an interesting fall...

That's a stud.... but here's why I don't think it's the same deer. Look at the distance between the pedicles. The new deer is way closer together than Darryl was. That's not something that gets narrower, maybe a fuzz wider but not narrower. I'm not saying for sure it's not, but at this point does it matter? Ha just make him dead
I'll get more pics and that'll help. Could just be perspective, but I see what you're saying. And I agree, even if it's not him, I don't care! LOL
What a slammer of a buck! I hope you get a chance to deflate that deer! Jesse, where was the picture taken?
In the Corner Pocket food plot. He came up from the bottom and was checking out a doe. He disappeared towards the corn/locust thicket.
