Job interview

Good luck! I just clicked on this thread and I received a phone call for an interview myself, crazy!!! Been where I'm at for 13 yr and I don't like the direction that we are headed so I have begun looking too.
 
Interview went great. They loved my resume. However, after doing a walk thru of the shop, not real impressed. Going from where Im at now to that place would be a step backwards. Its only about 5-10 minutes closer to home. But the drive would take about as long b/c of traffic due to their hours. I would be starting over when it comes to the benefits, insurance, etc. I should be getting an offer letter soon. It would have to be an outstanding offer in order to leave where Im at for that place. Thanks for all the comments yall.
 
You never know until you try. Glad things went well and who knows, they may give you an offer ya can't refuse!!
 
Sometimes it is good to see what else is out there. Simply tells us we are where we should be. Other times, it is just good practice for the next interview that is going to matter more. lol
