I don't remember but did you make it too strouds this year for the deer hunt/meet and greet? If not no excuses next year buddy..... :smiley_coolpeace:

Congratulations on your new job. Is all of Rocky boots production still out of Mexico? I know they moved most if not all of the actual manufacturing out of Nelsonville some years ago. I used to always purchase boots from the Roccky store in Nelsonville.
I try to avoid hunting Athens on Halloween weekend. I was in the Days Inn 8-10 years ago when the big fight broke out and the guy was stabbed in the parking lot at 3 AM. My jeep side view mirrow was where they tied one end of the yellow police ribbon to block off the crime scene. There were passed out kids laying on the sidewalks around the hotel and it was cold outside. The police rousted every room in the hotel looking for the guy that stabbed the other guy. I just wanted to go hunting but had to get them to untie the police ribbon from my Jeep. What a mess, never again

honestly tho, I think a majority of OU students LOVE Athens. The police give reports every year after fests, parties, etc. Normally a large majority of the people who get arrested are NOT OU students. Needless to say, it gets really wild on that weekend, and normally I have left to go hunt anyways.
