I started the P90x thing in July and was really feeling good. For some reason, I haven't done it in a couple weeks and now I'm back to square one. I need to get back at it. There's always a reason not to do it... I gotta quit the excuses.

Tonight - 4.5 miles 3 of it is running and 1.5 of it will be a brisk walk.

Tomorrow is 5x5 of bench, squat, bicep curls, tricep extensions, incline, decline, leg press, and lat pull downs. 15 minutes on the eliptical on setting 5 of 6.
