Sitting at the ball field with time to kill so figured I'd get this started. We managed to pick up a few new farms that we are really excited for. We ended up making it down to ky to get some cams out our land owner died 58 years old had a massive heart attack. So we weren't sure we were gonna go back down but his wife called and said she wanted us to still do our thing down there. The kids are already fired up and shooting bows between softball and baseball practice. Savannah being 13 now has me wondering if she is gonna want to hunt much in the next few years but she is always sending me hunting memes on Facebook so I'd say ive got this year with her anyways. Ill do some updates in the next few weeks when we check cams and get some plots in.

no pic updates right now, i checked a few cams last week and didnt save any of the pics ive got some cell cams ready to go for this weekend. i will be heading to ky next weekend to do some final touch ups before it opens the following weekend. As some of you know ive had my own sandblasting paintng and powder coating business for 3 years now, and have finally decided to step away from my job at the gravel pit that i have worked at for 22 years now to pursue it full time. everyone has told me i needed to do it and that i would never know what could have been if i didnt go all in so here we go. my wife was the one that really made me sit back and think when she told me that its really effecting cooper not seeing me much in the evenings, some nights i would be at the shop until 8 or later after working at the gravel pit all day. now ill be able to get both kids off to school and hopefully be home at a decent time most days not to mention i may get to hunt a little more also.
