Walking through Kroger earlier today one of my favorite Alaska hit my mind. So I put the smart phone to good use (besides porn...) and found what goes into it. Made some and enjoyed it so much I felt the need to share it.



Enjoy, we added about twice the amount of peppers to spice it up a little more.

2 of us hammered a double batch in 2 days. My wife eats it on triscuts and I eat it on tortilla chips. Although I did make a couple melts/samach's with this batch.

We took some down to the campground this weekend and had to make more. I'm gonna polish it off during the game tonight. It should be nice and spicy after sitting for a couple days.

I made it and took it to my buddies house to eat while watching the Buckeyes. It was excellent!!! My buddy wanted the recipe, so I delivered. Lol

Glad you guys enjoyed it! You can buy this in just about any grocery store up in Anchorage. They sell it in the deli section and it's hard to find on big game days.

If you never need a quick and easy cheese dip, 8 oz. cream cheese, 1 can of chili with no beans and a bag if cheddar cheese. Throw that shit in a dish, pop it in the microwave, stir. Done. Just be warned, it's like cement for the insides super thick stuff but damn is it good. Great with nachos and or throw that shit on a burger.
