Almost moved to LA but after what happened following Katrina, we decided against it. Wonderful pictures... makes me want to visit there again.

Yeah, its pretty good stuff . I will say , shrimp ya get up here just can't compare to fresh shrimp . Them ones we boiled were just trawled the previous day . Nothing like buying em right off the boat . Plus a friend down there knows a few full time trawlers and he gets em free , or super cheap whenever the guys come in to sell their catch and refuel every few days .
