I think most of us have been there on sneaking things. Ammo has been the one thing I've kept in the car til the right time of night on many, many occasions. Just isn't worth the battle LOL!

My wife doesn't care what I do. When I started selling tree stands it was because a guy had bought a semi load of stands. I went to look at them. Ended up buying the entire load. Explain that to your wife. Lol
I once bought a house without discussing it with her. Just called her and said "you need to sign some papers at the bank next month. I just bought a house." That was our second rental. I'm the penny pincher in our house. She'd spend all the money on stupid shit if it was up to her. It takes me 14 months to spend the money on most things. She's the one sneaking shit past me.
Phil that reminds me of the time I bought the wife a new car without telling her. She said I don't need it mine is just fine.

Hahaha. Years ago, my wife's VW Bug needed an oil change. There's NO I way will touch that Krout car, so I told her to go to the dealership & have them change it. She did, like like times past, but this time when I looked in the garage after she got back, there was a new convertible Bug sitting there. She always tells me that if I would have done the task, there wouldn't have been a new car sitting there. I still won't touch those cars, so I hold my breath....lol.
